Work With Me. Two Paths. One System.
I support professionals in stepping into self and people leadership and developing the mindset required to perform under pressure — across work and endurance sports.
The way you operate under pressure is not context-specific. Whether you are leading people or preparing for a demanding endurance challenge, the real test is the same: how you think, how you regulate and how you respond when things are not easy. That is why I don’t treat leadership and endurance as separate paths, but as two ways to develop the same underlying system. You can work through one, the other, or both.
Leadership Transition - From IC to People Manager
Stepping into leadership is NOT a continuation of individual performance. It requires a different way of thinking, deciding and showing up — especially when situations are unclear, pressure increases and expectations shift. This work focuses on helping you operate with greater clarity, consistency and intent as you transition into leading others.

Endurance Mindset (Marathon, Ironman...)
Preparing for a marathon or Ironman is not only a physical challenge. It is a long-term process that tests your ability to stay consistent, manage discomfort and hold your mindset when motivation fades. This work focuses on building the mental and emotional stability required to sustain effort over time and reach the start — and finish line — prepared. Special focus at Triathlon and Half / Long distances challenges.

Working Across Both
You don’t need to do both for this to work. But when you do, the impact compounds. The discipline and resilience built in endurance strengthen how you show up in leadership. The clarity and awareness developed in leadership elevate how you approach long-term challenges.
