This coaching process is built on responsibility, intention, and mutual respect. For that reason, pricing is not presented as a fixed menu or a one-size-fits-all list. Every athlete, every context, and every goal is different. The level of support, time investment, and depth of the process vary accordingly. Pricing is therefore defined through an open and transparent conversation, where value, expectations, availability, and commitment are aligned on both sides.

This approach ensures that the coaching relationship starts from clarity, fairness, and shared responsibility — not assumptions.

How pricing is defined? The investment is based on:

• The level of support required
• The time commitment involved
• The duration and intensity of the process
• The goals and context of the athlete
• The professional responsibility assumed

As a reference, services start from 40€. This minimum reflects the time, preparation, and professional responsibility involved in delivering a focused, high-quality coaching experience. It also helps ensure that both coach and athlete enter the process with a shared level of commitment and respect for the work being done.

Pricing is always agreed together, with transparency and flexibility, so that the value delivered and the investment made are aligned.

The discovery call is a paid session (€10), not as a barrier, but as a statement of intention and mutual respect. Time matters — yours as much as mine — and this small commitment helps ensure that both sides arrive focused, present, and genuinely interested in the conversation.

This call is designed to create clarity. It is a space to understand your context, explore your goals, and discuss expectations openly, while also explaining how the coaching process works and what it requires. Most importantly, it allows both of us to assess whether this is the right fit before moving forward.

If, after the call, it becomes clear that this coaching approach is not what you are looking for, the €10 is fully refunded. If we decide to continue working together, the amount is discounted from your first coaching session or program. In this way, the discovery call becomes a fair and transparent first step — one that values time, encourages commitment, and protects the quality of the process from the very beginning.

The only situation in which the fee is not refunded is if the appointment is missed without notice, as the time reserved cannot be recovered. This ensures fairness, clarity, and respect for both sides from the very beginning. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice, ensuring flexibility while respecting the time reserved for both parties.
